This role suits an ambitious ACA-qualified accountant, ideally a second-time mover from practice, seeking to make a strong impact. As Financial Controller, you will lead the central finance function, overseeing Group Treasury, Payroll, month-end and statutory reporting, HMRC compliance, audit, and taxation. Managing a small team, you will ensure accurate, timely group reporting and deliver meaningful financial insights. You will drive improvements in processes and controls, enhancing efficiency and the reputation of the finance function, while working closely with senior management and supporting the Group Finance Director on strategic projects.
