This dynamic role is ideal for someone confident working in different classrooms each day, supporting a range of students, subjects, and learning needs. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience and make a visible impact across the whole school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support across multiple subjects and key stages
* Step into different classes each day, supporting both students and teaching staff
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions as required
* Assist with behaviour management and student engagement
* Adapt quickly to different learning environments and pupil needs
* Foster positive relationships with staff and students across the school
Ideal Candidate:
* Prior experience working in a secondary school or educational setting
* Confident, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to new situations
* Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, supportive approach
* Team player who thrives in a varied and collaborative environment
* Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential
