Duties
Project management: run global HR Consulting projects for Deel clients, from scoping to drafting and sharing the deliverables on projects
Collaborate with Deel internal experts on projects, guaranteeing timely completion and quality of the projects and the deliverables
Build spreadsheets / dashboards to help manage Deel’s Consulting processes (e.g. client tracker, project deliveries, invoicing process)
Liaise with clients to handle queries and follow-ups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units
Help the Consulting operations team to define and drive strategic and operational improvements
Skills
Bachelor degree in business, finance or accounting
3-5 years of experience in Consulting
Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be adaptable and proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans
Advanced Excel, outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
