As part of the TFM Team, you will be responsible for coordinating, progressing, and monitoring Soft FM and Catering, Retail, and Leisure (CRL) activities across the Station, including but not limited to:
1. Contract monitoring: observing, recording, and reporting contracted outputs to ensure quality, performance standards, and KPIs are met.
2. Reporting unsatisfactory performance to the Line Manager.
3. Preparing Requests for Amendment (RFA) and Requests for Contract Action (RCA), ensuring contracts are updated accordingly.
4. Monitoring contracted outputs daily, ensuring compliance with DIO requirements.
5. Handling customer feedback, investigating, and responding to complaints effectively.
6. Reporting incidents and faults.
7. Attending progress meetings as required.
8. Assisting in preparing documents for follow-on contracts.
9. Managing Memorandums of Understanding/Parenting Statements with all lodgers and maintaining station establishment figures.
10. Serving as the point of contact for lodger unit support queries, identifying necessary amendments and costs for units moving in/out.
11. Acting as the virtual procurement card holder for HESTIA services, ensuring proper record-keeping.
