Responsibilities: Deliver tailored support aligned with a specific pupil's individual SEN, which may include challenges related to communication, learning, or social interaction. Assist in personalised learning activities, adapting educational resources, and fostering the development of independence and key life skills. Implement constructive communication and effective positive behaviour support strategies. Collaborate proactively with the class teacher and any external specialists involved in the pupil's care. Essential Requirements: Demonstrated experience supporting primary-aged children with specific or complex needs. A resilient, patient, and flexible approach to meeting the evolving needs of an individual pupil. A comprehensive knowledge of various SEN diagnoses and successful support techniques.
