The home features multiple communal areas to encourage social interaction, a full time Activities Coordinator who plans engaging and meaningful activities, and an in house physiotherapy team dedicated to promoting residents' mobility and physical wellbeing. The Role: The Deputy Nurse Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead and support the nursing and care teams, maintain excellent clinical standards, and ensure compliance with all care regulations. This role blends hands on nursing with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced nurse ready to step into a broader management role.
