Overview: Every visit to our store is a chance to make someone’s day. You’ll be there to make sure it happens, from the first hello to the final thank you. Our Sales Assistants are the foundation of our stores—part of a brilliant team focused on creating great experiences, offering support and guidance, and helping customers find the right item and leave with a lasting impression.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and help them find products, providing guidance and inspiration where needed.
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customers leave with exactly what they came for and have a positive impression.
* Contribute to a supportive, team-first store environment and assist with general duties as needed to maintain store standards.
