· Supporting with a wide range of admin tasks to make sure referrals are processed quickly and smoothly

· Strong IT and admin skills – confident using databases, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools

· Confidence and competence in carrying out needs assessments and risk assessments

· A team player with a genuine passion for supporting people and making a difference

Why Join Us?

· Be part of a supportive team that values you and the work you do

· A healthy work–life balance with a culture that prioritises staff wellbeing

· Access to our amazing Employee Assistance Programme for free, confidential support whenever you need it

· Opportunities for development and career progression

· Every day will be different—this role is varied, rewarding, and people-focused

· A friendly workplace where professionalism and fun go hand in hand

· The chance to make a lasting impact from a client's very first hello
