We’re looking for a sharp, high-energy partner to work alongside our CEO in running and growing the business — someone who thrives in organised chaos, brings momentum to ideas, and help build and protect the culture that makes BLOK, BLOK.
This is a hybrid role that blends executive support with strategic project coordination. It’s less about job titles and more about mindset: we need someone who’s proactive, resourceful, calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, and always two steps ahead.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll act as the CEO’s right hand — trusted with everything from managing priorities to pushing projects over the finish line. You’ll bring clarity to fast-moving conversations, keep teams connected, and ensure nothing critical falls through the cracks.
You'll split your time between:
* Enabling the CEO to focus (through sharp organisation and communication)
* Owning key projects that drive internal alignment and business growth

WHAT YOU'LL SUPPORT:
* Managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, inbox, and daily priorities
* Preparing agendas, presentations, board materials, and key meeting follow-ups
* Drafting and refining internal communications on behalf of the CEO
* Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and the wider BLOK team
* Supporting occasional personal admin with discretion and care
* Setting up & managing company & team OKR’s
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
* Tracking and driving cross-functional projects and operational priorities
* Monitoring internal processes, identifying friction points, and suggesting improvements
* Coordinating leadership meetings, project timelines, and execution rhythms
* Shaping and supporting initiatives that strengthen BLOK’s culture and team engagement
* Acting as an early warning system for operational or team challenges
* Light-touch support on business tools, project management, and efficiency systems
ABOUT YOU:
* You are ultra-organised, detail-driven, and love making things run smoothly
* You are emotionally intelligent, discreet, and able to "read the room"
* You’re proactive and solutions-focused — if you spot a problem, you lean in
* You thrive on variety and can juggle fast-changing priorities without losing your cool
* You communicate clearly and persuasively, whether it’s a team update or a board deck
* You are curious, adaptable, and driven by a love of learning
* You live and breathe the values of the BLOK community: authenticity, creativity, connection
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
* Previous experience as an EA, Ops Coordinator, Chief of Staff, or hybrid support role
* Startup, hospitality, or fast-growth environment experience
* Confidence with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana or similar tools
* Strong writing, presentation, or project management skills
* Experience running OKR’s
