An established private dental practice is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations across a busy practice. This is a full-time, office-based position suited to a confident, commercially aware manager with strong people skills, solid financial understanding, and previous experience in dental practice management. Private practice experience is preferred, though strong candidates from NHS or mixed backgrounds will also be considered. The practice has a stable patient base with a high number of patients on plan, alongside a fee-per-item list. You will report directly to the Practice Principal/Owner and play a key role in keeping the practice running efficiently, supporting staff performance, and maintaining strong operational standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting the team Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and invoicing Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety Compliance and CQC experience essential What’s on offer: Salary between £30,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience Full-time, on-site role Established private practice environment Direct access to the owner and real operational input Requirements: Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager Minimum 5 years’ practice management experience Strong communicator and team leader Financially savvy and confident with Excel/spreadsheets Computer literate and highly organised This is a great opportunity for a capable Practice Manager looking to join a well-established private practice and make a genuine impact.
