In this client-facing role, you'll be instrumental in guiding families through their educational journey and helping them make informed decisions about their children's learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver clear, engaging presentations tailored to the needs of parents and students.
* Understand families' educational goals and provide appropriate recommendations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Track and manage client data to support decision-making and internal reporting.
* Keep up-to-date with education trends, curriculum changes, and market developments.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or education consultancy.
* Background in the education sector is a strong advantage.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
* Confidence in engaging with diverse audiences — both in person and online.
* Fluent spoken and written English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

* Based in our Canary Wharf office, with the flexibility to work from home when required.
