As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will support the team by analysing competitor pricing, maintaining data accuracy, and providing comprehensive administrative support. What you'll do
You will support the team to achieve growth plans and ensure a competitive product range. Your responsibilities include reviewing competitor pricing, maintaining data integrity for SKUs, adhering to buying milestones, liaising with suppliers, and preparing approvals for senior team members. You will also conduct competitor shop reports and contribute valuable feedback. Success in this role requires strong numerical skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, stakeholder management, organisational abilities, and adaptability to fast-changing environments. Who you are
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting growth and administrative excellence. Your numerical skills enable you to analyse data effectively, and your proficiency in Excel and Word ensures accurate task completion. Your stakeholder management and organisational skills allow you to liaise effectively with suppliers and team members. An interest in market trends and commercial awareness will further enhance your contributions to the team.
Essential criteria
* Hybrid working, based at our London or Ansty office an average of 2 days per week
* Intermediate Excel skills
