The Role
As a Customer Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and carriers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Client Services team, helping maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer, client, and carrier enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
2. Provide order updates, delivery tracking information, and proof-of-delivery/despatch support.
