This role will help to provide a full corporate property management service to our predominantly blue chip client base. The primary aim of our property management service is to add value to the client’s property portfolio and demonstrate this in a practical and intelligent way. Responsibilities will include:
Main responsibilities
1. Management of rent reviews, lease expiries and break options
2. Data management and reporting
3. Portfolio audit and property inspection
4. Property Management Finance (PMF) including payment and collection of rent, service charge and insurance
5. Service charge: auditing and challenging bills
6. Landlord liaison and management of all leasehold matters, including consents and disputes
7. Tenant management to maximise income and reduce liabilities from surplus space
8. Budgeting and forecasting
9. Advice in relation to portfolio improvement and investment
10. Management of disposals and acquisitions
11. Strategy formation and review
12. Proactive identification of added value opportunities, such as lease re-gears
13. Other general property advice, including legislation and dealing with notices
