Your Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Oversee robust care plans and ensure strict adherence to all regulatory frameworks and safeguarding policies.

Team Leadership: Elevate team performance through active coaching, mentoring, and clinical updates.

Strategic Decisions: Use your expertise to handle complex clinical situations and lead quality-improvement projects.

About You
Qualified: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.

Educator: Holds a recognized teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.

Expert: Strong background in gerontology, clinical policy frameworks, and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Leader: A compassionate, person-centered mentor with proven experience in performance management.
