We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
* Support the Grounds Maintenance and Fencing teams by maintaining and updating databases and spread sheets as directed - scheduling and amending their work diaries using the dynamic scheduling system (Connect)
* Acting as first point of contact between Grounds Maintenance and Development for dealing with complex defects/enquiries/complaints on new build properties
* Liaising closely between Residents and Grounds Maintenance/ Fencing teams and their subcontractors to identify speedy resolutions to issues helping to put in place longer term solutions to stop these happening again
* Processing invoices and job completions on internal database/system
* Assist various Lead Hands if required in fleet management issues
We are looking for someone who has...
* Previous experience of dealing with customers and general administration responsibilities
* The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
* A positive outlook and be passionate about customer service
* Good communication skills with the ability to tailor the response to suit the customer or situation
* Experience of using IT systems, including Microsoft office software Outlook, Word, Excel, and other databases
