Job Description:
Join our Restaurant Management team at Fairmont St. Andrews as the Outlet Manager of St. Andrews Bar & Grill, a 2AA Rosette restaurant. You will ensure the venue is a preferred dining destination and workplace, sourcing local, seasonal produce from Scottish farms and suppliers.
What you will be doing:
* Lead, mentor, and train your team
* Take responsibility for the Outlet during your shift, allocating duties and monitoring operations
* Collaborate with the Golf Team for smooth service
* Maintain brand standards for Food & Beverage
* Develop new products and services
* Implement upselling strategies
* Create memorable guest experiences
* Attend to guest requests and needs
* Manage staff recruitment and handle complaints
* Maintain stock and financial records
* Follow liquor laws and regulations
* Manage payroll, forecast, and review P&L
* Support other venues as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
* Service-oriented personality with leadership experience
* Ability to build stakeholder relationships
* Strong communication and networking skills
* Lead by example, foster team culture, and drive high performance
Your team and working environment:
* Fast-paced team environment
* At least 2 years of leadership in high-end restaurants
* Excellent beverage and wine knowledge
* Shifts during day, evening, and weekends
* Multi-outlet operation experience
* Legally eligible to work in the UK
