* Pioneer and implement innovative marketing communications strategies to amplify media and public reach across all channels.
* Drive data analysis and insight development to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
* Champion an inclusive and psychologically safe team environment, upholding core values, mitigating biases, and fostering cultural understanding and growth.
* Engage and lead multiple large and/or complex media agencies, optimizing workflows and elevating campaign execution.
* Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies to drive business results, enhancing brand awareness and engagement across diverse social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
* Lead comprehensive ROI analysis for campaigns, tracking key metrics (pipeline, revenue, MQLs) and collaborating with sales leadership to maximize impact.
* Manage and nurture external vendor relationships for event logistics, including venues, AV planning, gifting, and speaker management.
* Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external promotional plans to maximize awareness and lead generation before, during, and after each project, leveraging digital tools and cross-functional collaboration.
* Foster strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure high-quality, on-brand content and campaigns across all media and social channels.
* Drive the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, and employee and leadership activation strategies.
