Board-Level Talent Solutions for the Property Sector
Location: Radcliffe on Trent
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, including weekends
We are working with a prestigious and design-led property developer to appoint an experienced Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and well-established team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes.
This role is based on a flagship development in the Nottinghamshire area and is perfect for a dynamic, proactive individual with a background in new homes sales. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and guiding customers through the buying journey with professionalism and integrity, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve agreed sales targets for unit numbers and revenue
* Manage customer enquiries and proactively convert leads into reservations
* Maintain show home and sales area presentation to the highest standards
* Progress sales from reservation to exchange, working closely with solicitors, agents, and customers
* Monitor and report on competitor activity in the local market
* Work collaboratively with the site team to understand build progress and timings
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales role (new homes sales highly desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Commercially astute with the ability to manage objections and close sales
* Self-motivated, well-organised, and results-driven
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and professional presentation
