Job Description
If you love turning data into decisions, shaping commercial performance, and building reporting that leaders rely on, this role puts you at the centre of Sales and Marketing effectiveness. As an Insights & MI Analyst, you will own the end‑to‑end performance reporting, dashboards, and insight loops that drive prioritisation, optimisation, forecasting, and growth across both core and emerging propositions.
You’ll be the engine behind accurate, timely, actionable insight — ensuring the business has a single source of truth and a clear understanding of what’s working, what isn’t, and where to focus next.
What you’ll be responsible for
You will own the full MI and reporting suite for the Customer Office, covering:
* Campaign performance & channel ROI
* Lead flow and funnel health
* Conversion rates by stage, proposition, segment and product
* Pipeline contribution and attribution
* Customer lifecycle metrics including VOC, CSAT and NPS
You’ll establish clear, consistent metric definitions aligned to Sales and Marketing OKRs, ensuring reporting is governed, trusted, and aligned to central data standards.
Knowledge, skills & experience
* Strong experience in commercial MI or performance reporting (B2B preferred)
* Excellent dashboarding and visualisation skills (Power BI, Monday.com, HubSpot, Excel, PPT, GA4, LinkedIn)
* Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation metrics, attribution, funnel conversion, and web analytics
* Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions
* Experience with sales funnel measurement, lead‑to‑pipeline metrics, and marketing performance KPIs
* Strong understanding of CRM data structures and data governance basics
* Proven ability to generate commercial insight, not just reporting
* Stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
* Experience improving data quality and reporting cadence
* Demonstrable experience producing MI from CRM/MarTech data sources
