An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tenancy Coordinator to join a well-established housing team on an interim basis, with the potential for longer-term work.This role offers a varied and hands-on caseload, ideal for someone confident in managing tenancies and dealing withplex housing issues.
Your new role
Salary: £30,700 per annum (approx. £ per hour)
Contract: Interim (initial 2 months with potential to extend)
Hours: Full-time preferred
Hybrid/agile working available
1. Regular estate visits andmunity engagement required
2. Office presence needed for duty coverage and team support
3. Managing a designated housing patch
4. Handling tenancy and neighbourhood management issues
5. Investigating and managing ASB cases
6. Working closely with partner agencies and support services
7. Conducting estate inspections and customer visits
8. Supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience in tenancy or neighbourhood housing management
10. Strong knowledge of ASB processes and housing legislation
11. Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
12. Confident working independently and engaging with residents
