Purpose of the role: As a Subject Matter Expert ("SME") in Supplier Performance and Risk Management ("Supplier Management"), this person will be responsible for helping to roll out the agreed Global Supplier Management Framework. As such they are responsible for the ongoing implementation and maintenance of this Framework as a best-in-class approach for managing relationships with suppliers. On a global basis, they will ensure that the Framework is effectively implemented to help Flutter obtain optimum benefit from its relationships with suppliers, whilst holistically managing our exposure to all forms of supplier risk, throughout the supplier life cycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead: Lead the rollout and implementation of any global Supplier Management key deliverables Implement and manage adherence to the agreed Supplier Management Governance framework, including relevant reporting (Committee packs, segmentation and other reporting metrics) Establish strong relationships with global cross-functional, cross-brand stakeholders through implementing the Framework Monitor and recommend the approach to manage emerging / horizon Supplier risks with input from key stakeholders Coordinate SRPM response to risks or incidents, liaising with Group & Divisional Crisis Management teams as appropriate Support: SPRM subject matter support for Flutter Group and Divisions managing supplier risk as per the Global Procurement & SRPM PolicyProviding guidance on relevant regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices. Support Functional, Risk and Compliance teams to meet and deliver the Policy and the agreed Supplier Management Framework Support Head of Supplier Management and Procurement Services Director as required Oversee: Monitor Global Compliance with Supplier Management Framework General: Training of any identified supplier/vendor Managers in effective following of agreed, standardised Supplier Management processes, providing training materials where necessary Developing resources to be used by participants in ongoing Supplier Management. Examples include templates for Supplier Review Meeting invitations, agendas, presentations, minutes, SLA's, assessments, surveys Ensuring appropriate follow-up actions taken in response to Supplier Management activity outcomes (e.g. remedies, supplier meetings) Respond to relevant internal and external audits, exams and requests for information. Assist in the evaluation of audit and examination findings, provison of responses and implementation of corrective actions. Support the Head of Supplier Management, as required, on any broader Supplier Management Transformation initiatives. Ideal candidiate should have following experience/skills/attributes: Extensive knowledge of Supplier Management frameworks, processes, best practice, and experience implementing and managing Ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional, cross-divisional stakeholders in developing and implementing improvements Ability to communicate with senior management in a self-confident and professional manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, flexible and innovative environment Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and ability to 'think outside the box' through using Supplier Management knowledge and expertise Seeks feedback on processes and systems to gather perspectives and ideas for improvements 3rd level education (e.g., degree and/or similar professional qualification such as from CIPS) Qualifications relating to Risk Management would be an advantage Experience working in a global role would be a distinct advantage
