Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of excellent care and support to residents. This will involve managing a team of nurses and care assistants, coordinating care plans, and monitoring quality standards. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as contributing to the overall strategic direction of the home.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* To be considered for this role, you must hold a current NMC registration and have experience in a similar leadership position within a care home setting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
