Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
* Has clear career aspirations and views this role as a chance to grow and develop as a leader.
* Has strong experience in leading assessment, with proven ability to analyse data, plan strategically and set high expectations that lead to improvement
* Is an experienced and capable Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), with a deep understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and needs
* Is passionate about teaching and learning, keeps abreast of research-based innovation, and has a track record of teaching excellence alongside coaching and developing staff
* Brings experience in school finances and financial management
* Leads confidently on behaviour, working positively with parents and staff to uphold consistently high standards
* Can work collaboratively with our wider school team to develop and embed our school vision
* Is a motivating leader who inspires and empowers others
* Has high expectations for all pupils, particularly those who are disadvantaged, and is committed to improving outcomes for everyone.
