Responsibilities
* 1:1 and small group speech & language support
* Assist with referrals and liaise with external professionals
* Provide resources and guidance to families
* Track progress and adapt strategies
Qualifications
Candidates with experience in early years or KS1, and a passion for language development. Background in SALT or communication-focused roles preferred.
