Design and implement SAP SCM solutions that align with business strategy, meet operational needs, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
This role operates on a hybrid model from our state‑of‑the‑art Watford office.
What you will do:
* Solve complex business challenges and recommend strategic improvements.
* Configure and maintain SAP logistics processes with minimal oversight.
* Prototype new features and develop functional specifications.
* Support testing cycles: unit, integration, and user acceptance.
* Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
* Evaluate new SAP features and manage upgrades.
* Lead small to mid‑sized projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
* Review and guide work from internal and external consultants.
* Mentor junior team members and support their development.
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards.
* Create and update user guides as needed.
What we ask for:
SAP Expertise:
* Deep hands‑on experience in Logistics Execution (LE) and Materials Management (MM).
* Strong understanding of integration with SD, FI, CS, PM, WM, PP.
* Expertise in warehouse management (decentralized, lean, full WM).
* Proven experience in SAP procurement and release strategies.
* Skilled in iDoc configuration and management.
* Solid grasp of end‑to‑end supply chain and transportation impacts.
General Skills:
* Experience in complex, international matrix organisations.
* Strong project management and business analysis capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficient in testing methodologies and issue resolution.
* Familiarity with Jira and Power BI.
