The Role
You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, guiding them from strategy to measurable results. One day you’re mapping audiences and budgets; the next you’re on a client call walking a CMO through performance insights. You’ll work directly with the client, our Head of Ad Operations, and our Head of Strategy - plenty of autonomy, but always part of a tight team of specialists.
What you'll do
* Plan, build, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns (lead forms, conversation ads, document ads, video, the works) with spends from ~$30k–$200k +/mo.
* Report and advise - turn raw numbers into clear actions for clients in weekly or bi-weekly calls.
* Translate strategy into execution alongside the Head of Ad Ops and Head of Strategy.
* Run structured tests on audiences, creative, and bidding to keep results moving forward.
* Coach clients on creative, content, and measurement so they look like heroes internally.
What you'll bring to the table
* 4+ years managing multiple B2B SaaS LinkedIn Ads accounts.
* Proven success driving qualified pipeline via lead-gen campaigns - and the chops to manage reach, engagement, and brand-lift objectives when those matter more.
* Client-facing confidence: you can explain why a CPL ticked up and what you’re doing about it - minus the jargon.
* Fluent English, written and spoken.
* Organized, resourceful, creative and data-driven. You don’t wait for permission to fix things.
