What will I be doing as a Sales Advisor?
1. Handling all sales-related requests efficiently, primarily via inbound calls, but also through QMS, email, and webchat, ensuring each query is resolved satisfactorily.
2. Offering upsell and cross-sell products through engaging conversations.
3. Collaborating with other departments and suppliers to support our customers.
4. Developing your product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
5. Staying informed about marketing and promotional activities.
