Job Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to take full ownership of our video content and social media strategy.
If you live and breathe content, love making ideas go viral, and have the technical skills to shoot, edit, and optimise videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — this role is for you.
About Us

From lifestyle reels to YouTube storytelling, our content has brought in millions of views and driven significant success — and we’re just getting started.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, shoot, edit, and publish social-first video content
* Lead the content calendar for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Stories
* Edit fast-turnaround, trend-led videos as well as long-form YouTube content
* Work closely with the wider production team on shoots, capturing both behind-the-scenes and core campaign content
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and creative team to bring campaigns to life
* Analyse content performance to optimise for engagement, reach, and audience growth
* Contribute new ideas to our content direction and brand storytelling
Requirements
* Proven experience producing and editing video content for social media (portfolio or work examples required)
* Strong editing skills — Premiere Pro a plus (Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve also acceptable)
* Comfortable self-shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups
* In-depth knowledge of platform-specific content trends and formats
* Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
* Organised, reliable and able to work independently and in a team
* Able to work in-office at our Orpington location at least 4 days per week
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirable
What We Offer
* Ownership over high-visibility content channels and creative direction
* A collaborative, fast-paced environment where ideas and execution matter
* Modern office with great facilities, snacks, and creative space
* Team culture that rewards ambition, pace, and performance
* Opportunities to grow with a dynamic and scaling business
How to Apply
Please submit your CV along with a showreel or links to video content you've created. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
