My Client, a market leading Energy and Sustainability Consultancy, is searching for an Energy Assessor to join their team in Manchester.\n\nThis exciting role offers hybrid working and varied mixed-use development projects for a variety of clients across you UK. You will specialise in OCDEAs, SAP assessments and Energy Statements. \n\nCandidates are required to have a strong academic background, ideally in Sustainability or Building Services and experience working for a UK based Consultancy as an Energy Assessor.
You are required to hold a recognised OCDEA qualification including a Level 3, 4 or 5 Diploma in experience completing SAP assessments for new-build domestic properties. \n\nIt is also beneficial for applicants to have experience completing overheating assessments (TM59) and/or Energy Modelling (IES). \n\nAs an Energy Assessor (OCDEA) you will join a friendly team based in Manchester to complete Energy Statements, overheating assessments and SAP Assessments for new build domestic properties.
