Order Coordinator / Project Support Specialist

Compensation
$22–$23/hour
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support post‑sale order workflows from handoff through completion
* Process orders, update documentation, and track project details
* Coordinate with sales reps, project leaders, vendors, and internal teams
* Monitor multi‑step workflows to ensure accuracy and follow‑through
* Flag missing information, clarify details, and catch issues early
* Learn internal project software used for order processing and project tracking
* Float between teams while adapting to changing priorities and work styles
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Strong attention to detail and comfort with highly process‑driven work
* Ability to follow procedures while taking ownership of accuracy
* Confidence to ask questions, clarify details, and flag issues when something seems off
* Comfort managing details across multiple people, projects, and deadlines
* Experience in order processing, project support, operations, logistics, procurement, or inside sales support
* Government contract, VA, regulated industry, or commercial furniture exposure is a strong plus
