About The Role

What Youll Do
* Design Challenging Problems — Craft advanced biochemistry problems spanning nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, enzyme kinetics, and drug‑target interactions to rigorously test AI performance
* Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Develop precise, step‑by‑step technical solutions and benchmark responses that guide AI reasoning on high‑level scientific tasks
* Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated biochemical pathways, molecular structures, and mathematical proofs for scientific accuracy and adherence to established standards
* Refine AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical errors in AI responses — such as incorrect stoichiometry or flawed stereochemical reasoning — and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Who You Are
* Advanced Degree: PhD (completed or in final stages) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related discipline
* Domain Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in structural biology, enzymology, cellular metabolism, bioinformatics, or related areas
* Clear Communicator: Able to articulate complex biological and chemical concepts precisely and concisely in written form
* Detail-Oriented: High level of precision when reviewing chemical equations, molecular diagrams, and experimental protocols
* No prior AI experience required — well onboard you fully
Nice to Have
* Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or scientific peer review
* Familiarity with computational biochemistry tools such as PyMOL, AlphaFold, or BLAST
* Background in bioinformatics or cheminformatics
