The Role: Key Account Manager
You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This is a field-based role — you must be flexible to meet clients across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
* Developing and maintaining a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
* Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
* Providing high-level customer service and follow-up
* Working in a hybrid setup (Lancaster HQ + home-based flexibility)
What You’ll Bring
* A background in Account Management or B2B Sales
* Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
* Strong business planning and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Self-starter mentality with a team-player attitude
* Industry experience is helpful but not essential
