⭐️Junior Brand Manager - with a focus on Trade & Shopper Marketing

💰 £45,000 + 15% Bonus + Healthcare
Our client is listed within every single major grocer (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose etc) and has a product range which spans across multiple categories. They are a rapidly growing SME backed by one of Europe’s largest food groups. They are looking to add a Junior Brand Manager with a focus on Trade Marketing to oversee a £1.5m budget. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
1. Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support sales initiatives.
2. Create tailored annual plans for retailers to maximise ROI and budget use.
3. Ensure alignment between in-store and broader brand marketing efforts.
4. Negotiate with retailer media partners for impactful, cost-effective promotions.
5. Build comprehensive toolkits for various sales channels (e.g. wholesale, foodservice & international).
6. Analyse trade marketing performance and recommend improvements.
