* To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
* To provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
* To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
* To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client's representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
* To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team. Must have right to work in the UK.
* Experience working in a cleaning environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
