As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our clients and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery across Winchester & Hedge End and surrounding areas. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Leadership Team while building meaningful relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
* Conducting client reviews
* Ensuring care plans remain person-centred and responsive
* Monitoring Best Practices and Quality
* Supporting and mentoring Healthcare Assistants within your area
* Managing concerns, safeguarding and service quality issues appropriately
* Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
* Supporting office operations and compliance processes
* Participating in the on-call rota as part of the senior team
* Delivering occasional care visits where required to support the service
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior care role
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer skillsDemonstrates professionalism, compassion and reliability
* Can support, motivate and develop others positively
* Understands person-centred care and quality standards
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Good knowledge of care legislation and compliance is desirable
* NVQ Level 4/BA or above
