Here is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding team in Stockport. You'll earn £30 hourly and work on an ongoing full-time basis, managing a complex caseload with a focus on safeguarding adults. What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop safeguarding plans for adults at risk
Manage a complex caseload, ensuring timely and effective intervention
Collaborate with professionals from various sectors to deliver person-centred support
Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences
Provide advisee and guidance on best practice in safeguarding issues
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for review
Regularly review cases to ensure service users' needs are met and safeguarding measures are effective
