Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: London N1 (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week on-site)

About the Role:
We are supporting our client in sourcing an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders across designated business areas. The role requires someone who can build strong relationships, understand organisational priorities, and deliver effective people strategies that drive performance, engagement and cultural development.
You will act as the key link between the business and specialist HR functions, ensuring people initiatives are aligned to business needs and implemented effectively. This includes organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, development, diversity and inclusion, change management and engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior managers and operational leaders
Understand business priorities, challenges and risks, creating a clear HR workplan to track delivery
Partner with specialist HR teams and external experts to design and embed people solutions
Lead or co-lead organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiatives
Support cultural change, D&I, engagement and leadership development activities
Use people data and business metrics to identify patterns, risks and improvement opportunities
Provide insight-led recommendations and monitor the success of interventions
Facilitate workshops and engagement activity to support organisational objectives
Advise on complex HR, legal and employee relations matters, ensuring consistency and compliance
Support the management of high-risk ER cases, including ACAS and tribunal matters
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant policies, employment legislation and governance requirements
Ensure compliance with health and safety, financial regulations and statutory requirementsAbout You:
Substantial experience operating as an HR Business Partner
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capability, including senior leader engagement
Commercially minded with a strong understanding of external market influences
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting people and business metrics
High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt approach based on individual and team needs
Proven track record delivering HR initiatives that drive measurable outcomes
Experience in end-to-end workforce planning and establishment management
Experience leading organisational change or transformation programmes
Coaching capability and experience developing leadership competence (desirable)
