Are you organised, detail-oriented and keen to support students in achieving academic success? We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Admissions Administrator to join our dedicated Admissions and Marketing team at Aston University STEM Education Academy Trust (AUSEAT).
About Us
AUSEAT is made up of our Aston University Engineering Academy (13–18 Year olds) and Aston University Mathematics School (16-19 Year olds) bothlocated on the Aston University campus, specialising in STEMM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths).
The Role
To provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for prospective students. As part of the trust Support Team, under the general oversight of the Admissions Manager, the post holder is required to work flexibly to provide a coherent service to meet the needs of both Aston University Engineering Academy and Aston University Mathematics School

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to unexpected situations
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Experience in an education or administration environment (desirable)
* IT literacy and confidence using data systems
* A flexible, proactive approach to supporting a busy admissions department
