1. Primarily based at the Telford office, with occasional travel between other offices in Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, and Wem.
2. This is an office-based position (no hybrid or remote working).
3. You will manage your own caseload, drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and handling probate and Court of Protection applications.
4. Work efficiently in a busy environment, meeting deadlines and managing client expectations.
5. Provide excellent service to clients, many of whom may be in stressful situations, and liaise with professionals and third parties as required.
6. Actively contribute to business generation and development.
Candidate Requirements:
7. Experience drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, probate, and Court of Protection work.
8. Understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations.
9. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage files meticulously.
10. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
11. Proficient in MS Office; experience with case management systems is desirable but not essential.
