Product Manager
Full Time / Hybrid Working – 3 Days office & 2 days WFH
Location: Coalville
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
12 Month fixed term contract with potential to review!
Basic Salary: £35,000.00 to £50,000.00 Per Annum PLUS Bonus

An opportunity has risen for a technical specialist to join a FANTASTIC BRAND AND GROUP within the construction industry as a Product Manager& support the Technical team and Technical Manager as a Product Manageron initially a 12 Month Fixed Term contract with a view to review.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Carry out some aspects of the role as a Draughtsperson from existing 2D design Templates to their 3D Modelling software as a Product Manager
2. Collaborate with the Technical Team ensuring all products are in line with customer requirements
3. Work in line with budgets assigned to the Design department as a Product Manager
4. Ensure tasks are processed in line with deadlines for manufacture and SLA’s
5. Manage the R&D of new products, the design and creation of manufacturing drawings and BOM as a Product Manager
6. Manage projects and contributing to reports as the Product Manager
7. Other ad hoc related tasks as required as the Product Manager
ESSENTIAL Requirements as a Product Manager:
8. Experience as a Product Manager or CAD Draughtsperson OR Design Technician Ideally from a Manufacturing OR Engineering background is ESSENTIAL
9. Experience of using Business Central Microsoft Dynamics 365
In addition, as a Product Manager it is highly desirable you are and have:
10. Performance and results driven as a Product Manager
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
12. Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
