What you'll be doing:
* Build and grow relationships – Open new trading accounts and guide customers through a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
* Own your territory – Create and manage a strategic sales plan for your area, setting clear goals and timelines to drive growth.
* Become a product expert – Develop a strong understanding of our key markets and chemical product portfolio to confidently support client needs.
* Collaborate for success – Work closely with Business Development Managers to uncover and maximise sales opportunities.
* Drive value – Promote complementary products, increase market share, and re-engage inactive clients to boost wallet share.
* Stay ahead of the curve – Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
* Lead with insight – Support pricing strategies and commercial campaigns that deliver results.
