We are responsible for providing day-to-day general maintenance services across South West Hants sites, including Adelaide House and Antelope House. You will liaise with the Senior Site Technician and Regional Facilities Manager to prioritize tasks and duties.

As a Site Technician with Bellrock, you will:
* Monitor and complete all jobs on the Helpdesk, ensuring timely execution in line with KPIs and SLA's.
* Implement and monitor an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance programme.
* Conduct daily checks of premises, plant rooms, and public areas, reporting any defects.
* Manage specialist sub-contractors for PPM, reactive tasks, and remedial work.
* Coordinate management of M&E services.
* Oversee sub-contractors attending breakdowns of specialist plant and equipment.
* Review and ensure the quality of sub-contractor work, taking corrective actions as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Facilities Manager.
* Hold City and Guilds and/or NVQ qualifications in a Hard Services FM related discipline.
* Possess knowledge of health and safety, risk assessment, work permits; industry qualifications are desirable.
* Experience working in maintenance or healthcare environments.
* Be numerate and IT literate, proficient with systems like Helpdesk and email.
* Be physically capable of performing all duties with good manual dexterity.

Working arrangements
We promote flexible working practices, allowing employees to work hours flexibly and remotely where possible. The successful candidate will work from Adelaide House/Antelope House two days a week and remotely the rest of the week.
