This is your opportunity to contribute to our quest for continuous improvement by providing high-quality data analyses, uncovering deeper insights and using cutting-edge tools and techniques to facilitate greater workforce understanding.
Responsibilities
We want our managers to be able to make informed and evidence-based decisions about their people which contribute to delivering the Council’s, directorates and HR OD Transformation strategic outcomes. With the Data, Insight & Analytics Lead as your mentor, you will help us create an ethos of continually improving our services to customers through relevant KPIs and appropriate targets. Together with the Data, Insight and Analytics Lead, we will invite you to shape solutions, drive key business insights and enhance decision making. You will support the design and delivery of our People Technology Strategy, covering the following key areas:
* People insights and intelligence
* Data and analytics
* System and process improvement
* Data interrogation
* Dashboard design and management
* Data quality and governance
