Full Time Receptionist (Chiropractic Assistant)Required for Multi-Disciplinary Healthcare Practice

N8 Health is a Chiropractic practice based in Hitchin. Originally located in North London, we relocated to Hitchin in December 2020 and have been on an exciting growth trajectory with multiple Chiropractors, a Pilates studio and a massage room.
Our mission is to empower our community towards living a healthier lifestyle and to give them more life in their years by helping their body work to its full potential. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare through Chiropractic, sports massage and Pilates and we are located in Hitchins town centre.
About the Role
We are looking for a Chiropractic assistant to support our Chiropractors. You will learn all about the health possibilities of Chiropractic, how to support our clinical team and look after our practice members.
You will be working closely with the Clinical team to assist the Chiropractors in looking after our practice members, giving them excellent customer service whilst running our front desk.
About You
You will have excellent administration and communication skills, an upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to care for others.
You will have a keen interest in natural health possibilities, as well as some administration experience in a customer facing role.
We are a growing practice so you must be the type of person who enjoys getting stuck in and making a difference. Youll need to thrive in a busy environment with natural multitasking and hospitality skills.

* Flexibility willingness to step in and cover for other team members where needed
* This is not a 9-5 role as we are open from 8:30am-7:30pm so there would be a shift pattern. Early shifts start at 8am & late shifts finish at 8:30pm and all team members do a combination of early and late shifts with a rotation of Saturday mornings.
