We are seeking a dedicated Range Assistant to join our team at the Barnehurst site. As a Range Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our range facility. This position requires flexibility as you will be expected to work weekends, early mornings, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain an adequate supply of balls in the machine for uninterrupted practice sessions.
* Ensure range mats are turned weekly, and range tees are available on all range mats.
* Keep the driving range free of litter and regularly collect empty baskets from bays.
* Square tables and chairs on the driving range for customer convenience.
* Log and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Assist in unplugging range balls during winter months and manually collect range balls using push collectors when necessary.
* Operate machinery to collect and wash range balls efficiently.
* Utilize mowers and hand tools for cutting and maintaining the grassed short game area.
* Engage in general landscaping work to enhance the overall appearance of the facility.
