This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of office operations within a professional, fast-paced environment. The role starts on a 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent. About the Company: Our client is a global engineering, management and development consultancy, working across a wide range of sectors including transport, energy, water, and the built environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Manage office facilities, suppliers, and contractors to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Support with scheduling, diary management, and meeting coordination. Maintain office policies, procedures, and health & safety compliance. Assist with onboarding new starters and supporting wider team requirements. Provide general administrative support to senior management as required. About You: Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a senior administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. What's on Offer: £16 per hour (paid weekly via Morson). 6-month contract with potential to go permanent. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
