Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and fostering repeat business.

Salary: £12.50 per hour
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling.
* Take bets on a variety of sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
* Achieve targets and maintain shop standards.
* Open and close the shop as needed, with responsibility as a key holder.
Working Patterns
Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 16 hours, including long opening and closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. Rota schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
Qualifications
* Must be 18 or over to work in betting shops.
* Passion for customer service and relationship building.
* Effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
