Benefits Competitive salary Early Finish Friday (14:00) Company annual bonus Above statutory pension contribution Private Health Insurance Life Insurance Permanent position Immediate start Day to Day Duties As a Multi skilled Engineer your duties will be: Carrying out electrical and mechanical PPM activities in accordance with set schedules Ensuring engineering standards are maintained to maximize the operational effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems Ensuring on-site quality assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated with the PPM and plant maintenance, aiming to achieve and maintain standards of quality compatible with ISO 9002 Responding promptly and effectively to all electrical and mechanical-related reactive maintenance issues Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical and mechanical systems, including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, sensors, and control systems Coordinating visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with electrical and mechanical aspects of the PPM schedules Conducting fault diagnosis and repairs on systems including Heating, Ventilation, and Building Services Assisting with the installation, modification, or commissioning of new equipment as required Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies Completing accurate time-sheets and reports as required by management Adhering to security policies and procedures Other duties as requested Essential Skills It is essential as a Multi skilled Engineer that you have: Completion of a nationally recognized electrical or mechanical apprenticeship 18th Edition wiring regulations (or equivalent) Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Desirable Experience It would be desirable as a Multi skilled Engineer if you have: HNC/HND in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) PLC fault-finding or programming qualification NEBOSH or IOSH qualification Training Company policy and procedure training is provided Contact This client values its workers and provides an excellent work environment If you are looking for high-paying, reliable work, click below to apply today or get in touch with our recruitment team to find out more People Solutions do not charge their candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process ADZN1_UKTJ
