We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst with Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance experience to join an exciting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) implementation and transformation project. Title: Business Analyst Social Housing Repairs Maintenance.
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid working available).
Start Date: June 2025.
Duration: 6 months.
Rate: £400 per day (Negotiable, subject to experience).
IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of Repairs and Maintenance solutions in a D365 CE environment.
* Support project delivery in an operational environment through gap analysis, process mapping, and user story creation.
* Lead workshops and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
* Ensure solutions align with business objectives and drive transformation.
* Identifying quick wins, supporting financial & non-financial benefit realisation.
Key Skills And Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex projects.
* Understanding of the operational side of businesses.
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Social Housing / Housing Associations, particularly housing and estates Repairs and Maintenance.
* Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) experience would be a big plus.
* Strong understanding of technical implementations and change transformation, not only "change " at a process level but also at an operational level.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within hybrid teams and with external suppliers.
